Due to the nature of consulting and strategy services, no refunds will be issued once a session has been booked or completed.

If you need to reschedule, you may do so within a reasonable timeframe using your booking link.

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.

Rescheduling must be done in advance through the booking system.
